Return & Refund Policy
At Anand Books, we deal in educational books and printed learning materials. Due to the nature of these products, returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligible for Return
A return request will be considered in the following cases:

Wrong book delivered

Book received in damaged condition

Printing defects or missing pages
2. Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Books that have been used, highlighted, written on, or damaged after delivery

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Minor differences in cover design due to edition updates
3. Return Request Process

Customers must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

Clear photographs of the issue (damage or incorrect product)

Once the request is reviewed and approved based on the above conditions:

We will arrange a return pickup where serviceable.

In remote or non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. In such cases, reasonable return shipping charges may be reimbursed upon verification.
4. Condition of Returned Product

The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

The book should not be used, marked, or altered.
5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

If a replacement is preferred and stock is available, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Except for cases mentioned under “Eligible for Return,” books are generally non-returnable due to their academic and printed nature.
