Shipping

Return
1. We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake or change of mind.
2. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns and replacements are accepted only if the customer receives the wrong book, a damaged product, or a book with missing pages or printing defects.
3. Customer must notify us within 3 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video and product images as proof.
4. Reverse pickup will be arranged but for remote locations customers may be required to self-ship the book back to us. Refunds, if approved, are issued as store credit or to the bank account.
